Established in 2009 and based in Alam Sutera, Tangerang, PT Avia Agung Perkasa is the official distributor of Alexindo Group and has successfully handled numerous individual projects, such as private residences, shophouses, shops and offices. Over the years, we have further expanded to tackle mass housing and office building projects. And today, we are a proud contractor partner for the most prestigious projects within JABODETABEK.
In 2011, we became the partner and official distributor of PT YKK AP Indonesia with the responsibility to handle vast housing projects within JABODETABEK. These projects range from Serpong Natura City Housing, Sentul City Housing, Metland Group Housing (Cibitung, Tambun, Menteng) and the recent Swan City Lavon Housing.

- Procurement and installation of aluminum doors with various systems (sliding, swing, folding, frameless)sliding, swing, folding, frameless)
- Procurement and installation of room partitions/dividers with tempered glass/aluminum frame systems tempered/dengan sistem frame aluminium
- Procurement and installation of Aluminum Composite Panels for building façades
- Procurement and installation of aluminum jalousies, grills, hollows and spandrels
