As the official distributor of Alexindo Group, PT AVIA AGUNG PERKASA handles many individual projects in private residences, shophouses, shops, offices, and over time penetrates mass housing projects to office buildings, also becomes a contractor partner in various projects.
In 2011, we partnered and became the official distributor of PT YKK AP INDONESIA for housing projects located around the JABODETABEK area. Among them Serpong Natura City Housing, Sentul City Housing, Metland Group Housing (Cibitung, Tambun, Menteng) and the latest is Lavon Swan City Housing.

- Procurement and installation of aluminum frames, doors and windows from the best aluminum product brands, with various anodized/powder-coated colors, wood grain colors and textures.
- Procurement and installation of aluminum doors with various systems (sliding, swing, folding, frameless)sliding, swing, folding, frameless)
- Procurement and installation of room partitions/dividers with tempered glass/aluminum frame systems tempered/dengan sistem frame aluminium
- Procurement and installation of Aluminum Composite Panels for building façades
- Procurement and installation of aluminum jalousies, grills, hollows and spandrels
